CAROB MINCED MEAT(CAROB SYRUP)

Carob Minced Meat

Ingredients:
Oil - 2tbsp
Garlic 6cloves (Minced)
Minced meat 200g
Carob syrup 1tbsp
Light soy sauce 1/2tbsp
Water (as desired)
Corn flour 1 ½ tsp (with minimum amount of water to make
corn starch)
Coriander leaves 2tbsp (finely chopped)
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
1.Heat oil in a pan, Sauté garlic until fragrant and light brown.
2.Add minced meat mixture. Reduce heat. Add salt and pepper
to taste. Fry for 1-2 minutes. Cook covered on low heat for about
few minutes, till the mince meat is cooked.
3.Add light soy sauce  and Carob syrup with some water as desired.
4.Add in corn starch to make the gravy begins to thicken.
5.Simmer for 5 minutes.
6.Finally add coriander leaves and turn off the heat.

7.Garnish with spring onion.

*Can serve with rice or noodle.*
