Honey
Joy-Cornflakes cups (HONEY+ CAROB)
INGREDIENTS
4 Tablespoons Honey
1 Tablespoon Carob Syrup
100g Butter
150g Cornflakes
24 Paper cup cake cases
PREPARATION:
1) Preheat oven to 160°
2) Melt honey, Carob Syrup and butter in a large
saucepan on high heat until frothy.
3) Remove from heat and add
cornflakes.
4) Mix well until coated.
5) Spoon into cupcake cases.
6) Place on an oven tray and bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool and
harden in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
