CAROB HUAT KUEH (CAROB SYRUP)

(Make 3pcs -6cm cup)

Ingredients:
·       Carob syrup 80g
·       Water 100g
·       Coconut Milk 20g
·       Rice Flour 100g
·       2 Tsp. Baking Powder

Methods:
·       Mix all the ingredients together.
·       Fold in until the batter is smooth.
·       Stir well and strain the batter to get rid of any lumps.
·       Then covered with cling wrap.
·       Set aside and let it rest for 1 hour.
·       Fill up the cups with the batter until at least 95% full.
·       Make a cross pattern on the batter with soda water.
·       Steam in the steamer for 15-20minutes.
·       Best served hot as snack.
