BAKED CAROB SRIRACHA LIME SALMON

Ingredients:
1. 1 Large Salmon (110-170grams)
2. 1 tsp Salt
3. 1/4 tsp Pepper
4. 2 tbsp Butter
5. 4 tbsp Carob syrup
6. 5 tbsp Sriracha
7. 2 Limes (One juiced, one for slicing)
8. 2 tbsp Soy sauce
9. 1 tsp minced Garlic
10. 1 tbsp freshly chopped Cilantro
2. 1 tsp Salt
3. 1/4 tsp Pepper
4. 2 tbsp Butter
5. 4 tbsp Carob syrup
6. 5 tbsp Sriracha
7. 2 Limes (One juiced, one for slicing)
8. 2 tbsp Soy sauce
9. 1 tsp minced Garlic
10. 1 tbsp freshly chopped Cilantro
1. Preheat oven to 200 Deg Celsius.
2. Season salmon with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
5. Pour 2/3 of the sauce over the salmon (reserve remaining sauce for later) and make sure the sauce covers all of the salmon.
6. Bake for 15 minutes, then switch to broil and cook another 4-5 minutes until the very edges of the salmon begin to char slightly.
7. Top salmon with reserved remaining sauce and chopped cilantro and serve.
